记者注意到,2014年初森泰英格公司就开始在媒体及展会上以“引领高端刀具国产化”作为宣传语。近几年,“高端刀具国产化”已逐步成为刀具行业的热门话题。森泰英格率先占领的“引领高端刀具国产化”这个IP(Intellectual Property),其价值越来越凸显。森泰英格何以有这样的意识?“引领高端刀具国产化”的具体内涵是什么?该公司在引领高端刀具国产化方面有何行动和进展?带着这些问题记者近日有幸采访了森泰英格(成都)数控刀具股份有限公司董事长兼总经理夏永奎先生。

《金属加工》记者:请您谈谈“引领高端刀具国产化”的具体由来及内涵?

夏董:20127月,我接手公司的经营管理,2013年决意对公司进行深度变革,特邀刀具行业外的管理专家来协商制定新的发展战略。在研究新战略的过程中,我们期望新的战略应当承载一种社会使命,这样,战略就富有了灵魂和情怀。“引领高端刀具国产化”就是新战略承载的社会使命,以此为宣传语,是公司对所承担使命的公示,也是对森泰英格公司更好发展刀具事业的鞭策。

 因此,“引领”是核心,是使命。“高端刀具”是产品定位和用户目标。“国产化”是说明在高端刀具领域我们与国际先进水平还存在差距,达到国际水平是我们的努力方向。

记者:“引领高端刀具国产化”,森泰英格的具体目标是什么?

夏董:目标是达到国际知名品牌的水平。具体讲,是在高端制造业领域,实现中国自主品牌刀具与国际知名品牌刀具在刀具成套方案解决上具有显著的竞争力。

记者:实施“引领高端刀具国产化”,森泰英格的战略是什么?

夏董:打造“高品质,优服务,综合性刀具品牌企业”是我们的发展战略。这里主要谈谈我们赋予综合性的刀具品牌的内涵和定义。刀具应该分为两类,一类是不直接参与切削的刀具,如工具系统、可转位刀体,我把它称为“非切削刀具”;一类是直接参与切削的刀具,如压制刀片、磨制刀片(含硬质合金、PCDCBN和金属陶瓷等)、丝锥、钻头以及整体刀具等,我把它称为“切削刀具”。综合性的刀具应该包含“切削刀具”和“非切削刀具”,且具备自主品牌刀具的成套方案解决能力。

记者:“引领高端刀具国产化”,森泰英格具有哪些有利条件呢?

夏董:第一,森泰英格成立于1997年,我们有二十年的积淀,产品、技术和体系是我们的基础。第二,我们有清晰的战略,并有坚定战略发展方向的决心,长期坚持努力的恒心。第三,国内刀具行业及相关配套行业的明显进步,为实现高端刀具国产化创造了良好的条件。第四,高端制造业的刀具用户,对国内刀具品牌的信任逐步增强,支持民族刀具品牌以及降低刀具成本的迫切需要,是高端刀具国产化的有利契机。

记者:您认为实施“引领高端刀具国产化”的关键环节是什么?

夏董:我认为实现切削刀具与非切削刀具更加完美的结合,以及提升整体方案解决能力是实现高端刀具国产化的关键环节。刀片与刀体的统一设计和三维共享是确保刀片安装和工作可靠的十分重要的环节;同时,我们有自己的切削实验室,为验证和完善切削刀具与非切削刀具结合创造了有利条件。关于整体解决方案能力,森泰英格公司多年来在刀具设计、制造及切削应用方面积累了大量的经验,尤其是在非标定制刀具(包括切削刀具和非切削刀具)具有较强的产品研发能力;去年,我们独自承接了国内某大型汽车主机厂缸体缸盖加工整线刀具总包项目,产品45天交货,并且一次性验收通过,受到用户高度好评,极大地增强了我们坚持“引领高端刀具国产化”信心和决心。

记者:请您谈谈“高品质,优服务,综合刀具品牌企业”战略的实施情况?

夏董:关于“高品质”,产品的品质是指产品设计质量标准的确定和对实施质量标准的控制。说到底,对产品品质的把控反应了企业的价值观。对于品质的把控与追求,是企业长期坚守价值观形成的。企业在追求品质的过程中,经常会面对质量、效率及成本的矛盾;在产品研发和持续改进中也将面临投入与产出、短期效益和长期发展的矛盾;同时还要面对市场的种种诱惑。懂得并敢于放弃是需要勇气和决心。我们因为有了清晰的战略指导,建立形成了较为完善的品质决策体系与控制体系,并时常自我反省有无偏离战略。这三年,是公司新产品开发速度、生产数量及产生的专利数量跨越发展的三年(包括V柄、FBZ精密镗刀、SBJ小孔精镗刀、CBZ微调刀夹及SO系列铣刀等),也是产品持续升级换代的三年,超过60%的标准产品完成了优化提升或升级换代。关于“优服务”,优质的服务当然应该包括产品自身的售后服务,但这仅是最基本的服务。我认为,如何帮助目标客户解决加工中的质量、效率和刀具成本问题并加快响应速度,是我们努力的方向。为此公司做了大量工作,也取得了一定成效,但差距还很大,我们将坚守持续改善。在这里,我重点谈一谈对客户非标刀具快速响应的问题,用户的需要就是我们的努力目标,解决用户的痛点就是优质服务的重点。为了“打造非标刀具超快捷”,系统解决非标定制刀具快捷交货,公司专门成立了非标刀具生产部(生产二部),经过一年多的努力,将非标刀具交货期大幅度缩短,稳定实现了95%以上非标订货15天交货。关于“综合刀具品牌企业”,大家知道,森泰英格公司是以“非切削刀具”为主题发展起来的企业,无论是标准产品还是非标定制产品,可以说是综合性的非切削刀具企业,因此如何发展直接切削刀具是我们要重点解决的课题。这三年,我们主要开展了以下工作:

1)引进人才队伍,新建了磨制刀片(含合金、CBNPCD及金属陶瓷)定制生产线。

2)新建了PCD整体刀具生产线。

3)成功设计开发了一系列性能优良且性价比较高的铣削和车削硬质合金刀片,并委托国际国内知名专业企业加工(OEM)。

4)整合国际国内合作伙伴的部分优秀产品,纳入森泰英格品牌(ODM)。

5)与国际国内战略合作伙伴联合开发了丝锥、钻头及整硬铣刀等产品。

记者:请您对森泰英格近三年的战略做个总结?

夏董:三年多以来,我们在“引领高端刀具国产化”使命的感召下,我们每年推出一个前进中的主题。

2014年,“打造非标刀具超快捷”广告语,以表达公司对用户需求的快速响应;

2015年,“V——开创攻丝新时代”广告语,以表达公司产品创新的引领使命;

2016年,“刀尖上的森泰英格(刀片、丝锥、钻头……)粉墨登场”广告语,以表达公司在完成直接切削刀具的新跨越;

2017年,“自主品牌·成套能力”广告语,以表达公司在整体解决能力上的新台阶。

“引领高端刀具国产化”是我们的使命。要实现高端刀具国产化,道路还很漫长,前进的路上一定有很多困难与荆棘在等待着我们,但我们充满信心和决心。前进的道路上我们并不是孤独的,有广大用户,刀具同行及相关行业的支持与帮助,相信高端刀具国产化,打造制造强国的中国梦一定能够实现。
